ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you have placed an order you will automatically receive an order confirmation to your e-mail address. Please contact us if you want to change the order. Save the order confirmation until you have received the items. When being in contact with us please give us your order number, contact number and name.
PRICES
All prices include 12% or 25% VAT and are in Swedish kronor (SEK). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
VAT AND DUTY FEE
If you live within the EU you will pay Swedish VAT. If you live outside the EU you do not pay Swedish VAT. If you live outside the EU and you want to know the duty fee of any item please contact us at: info@brunkullan.com If you want to return an item BRUNKULLAN can not repay the VAT or DUTY FEE.
DELIVERY
Deliveries are sent with the Swedish Postal Service or DHL depending on the weight, size and destination of the package. Most packages will need to be collected at your nearest Post agent or DHL Service Point. Notification of delivery is by SMS or e-mail when the package is available for collection – don’t forget to include your mobile phone number when placing your order if you would like notification via SMS.
Note! Packages must be collected within 14 calendar days of the first
notification of arrival at the collection point.
Identification must be shown by the person collecting the package. Packages may be collected by a person other than the recipient / addressee; the consignment / tracking number is required along with identification. In Sweden, Postal agencies require the recipient / addressee’s identification to also be shown by the person collecting the package. Domestic deliveries that weigh more than 1kg are sent by DHL to your nearest DHL Service Point. If you would like delivery to a particular DHL Service Point, please inform us of your request via the comments field at the checkout.

Delivery times in accordance with the Swedish Post terms (within 7 working days to most countries). The shipping charges do not include any local fees that may apply to international orders, (e.g. customs duties, tariffs, taxes), this is the buyer/recipient’s responsibility.
SHIPPING RATES
Within Sweden: The shipping fee is 49 SEK (incl. VAT) for individuals and delivery is normally within 2-4 working days. The shipping fee is per order regardless of the number of items. Free shipping to individuals on orders over 1000 SEK.
Europe within EU: from 99 SEK to 299 SEK for packages up to 5kg (incl. packaging).
Europe outside of EU: from 99 SEK to 299 SEK for packages up to 5kg (incl. packaging). Note! We are not responsible for any local fees that may apply to international orders, (e.g. customs duties, taxes).
Other Countries: from 99 SEK to 399 SEK for packages up to 5kg (incl. packaging). Note! We are not responsible for any local fees that may apply to international orders, (e.g. customs duties, taxes).
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
There will be no extra fees when paying with your credit card. If you choose to return your order, the money will be transferred back to your credit card. You can choose to pay with Visa or Mastercard. When paying by credit card, the transaction will be handled through our service provider Paynova. The credit card info is sent encrypted via secured (SSL) servers.
RETURNS
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. If you want to return an item please send an e-mail within five days from delivery to: info@brunkullan.com. The e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . Please specify your name and order number, contact number and the items you want to return/exchange. The return cost is paid by the customer. If you have paid with your credit card we will return the money to the credit card when we receive the items. The items should be returned in its designer packaging, if not the item will not be accepted. You can not return items on sale. The customer is responsible if the item is lost or damaged during the return.
