Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Delivery

 

GENERAL
BRUNKULLAN AB sells exclusive tea and tea accessories online to private individuals and companies. A completed order means that you accept our terms of purchase and agree that your name and personal data / company data will be registered in our customer register.

ORDERING
Tea and tea accessories are ordered online from Brunkullan's webshop, www.brunkullan.com
If you need help with your order, please contact us at info@brunkullan.com or call our order line +46-70-3271605 and we will assist you. An online order is completed when you have received an order confirmation from us.

CANCELLATION
The customer has the right to cancel an order until fulfillment is completed. An order that has been fulfilled is binding.

PRICES
All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT (VAT for tea is 12% and 25% for accessories). We reserve the right to change prices on the website without prior notice.

DELIVERY
Shipments are sent with Posten (the Swedish postal service) or DHL depending on weight, size, and destination. Most packages are collected at your nearest pick-up point; Posten's service point or DHL Service Point.

Notification is sent via SMS or e-mail when the package is available for collection – don't forget to provide your mobile number when ordering if you want SMS notification.

NOTE! Packages remain at pick-up points for a maximum of 14 days after arrival/notification.

To collect a package, identification is required from the person collecting the package. Packages may be collected by someone other than the recipient, who must then be able to provide the shipment number and identify themselves.
Posten requires that the recipient's identification also be shown by the person collecting the package.

Domestic packages weighing more than 1kg are sent with DHL to the nearest DHL Service Point (pick-up point). If delivery to a specific DHL Service Point is desired, you can inform us via the comment field at checkout.

International packages are sent with Posten. Delivery times according to Posten's terms (within 7 working days to most countries). The shipping fee does not include any local fees that may apply to international orders (e.g., customs duties, VAT); this is the buyer's/recipient's responsibility.

SHIPPING PRICES Within Sweden:

Due to increased shipping costs (2022), we now have weight-based shipping from SEK 59 - 159 including VAT.

0 – 499 gr: SEK 59

500 - 999 gr: SEK 89

1000 – 1499 gr: SEK 99

1500 – 1999 gr: SEK 139

2000 – upwards: SEK 159

 

Delivery normally takes place within 2-5 working days. The shipping fee applies per order regardless of the number of items in the order.

Europe within the EU: Shipping fee for private individuals SEK 199.

Europe outside the EU / rest of the world: Shipping fee for private individuals SEK 299
NOTE! We are not responsible for any local fees that may apply (e.g., customs, VAT).

CUSTOMER INFORMATION
To shop with us, you must fill in all mandatory fields during customer registration.
We send the order confirmation to the specified e-mail address.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Brunkullan AB holds an F-tax certificate. Our VAT number: SE556263465801. As a private individual, you order your goods using the form and pay directly via a secure card payment service through Shopify. The customer chooses between card payment function or PayPal. Private individuals receive a confirmation email with an order number which is written on the order. 

RESELLERS

Contact us at info@brunkullan.com or call +46-70-3271605 if you are interested in becoming a reseller of our products. Orders are placed via e-mail or telephone. Payment is by invoice, 20 days net.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Foodstuffs are not covered by the right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. For other goods, the Distance Contracts Act gives you as a customer the full right to cancel a purchase or exchange an ordered item within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the item.
If an item is to be returned under the right of withdrawal, Brunkullan must always be contacted at info@brunkullan.com. The right of withdrawal applies provided that the customer has not damaged or used the item. Upon return, the item is sent in its original packaging with any original documents. If you choose to receive a refund, we will deposit the amount into an account of your choice after we have received and inspected the item.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return cost and ensures that the shipment returns to us in undamaged condition, so be careful to package the item in the best possible way. Any transport damage due to insufficient packaging will be charged to you as the customer. Goods returned cash on delivery or collect on delivery will not be redeemed by us.

COMPLAINTS
If the customer receives the wrong item or discovers a defect in an ordered item, Brunkullan AB should be contacted immediately at info@brunkullan.com. We will pay for the return shipping and send a new item. Complaints returned cash on delivery or collect on delivery will not be redeemed by us.

PERSONAL DATA
Brunkullan AB complies with GDPR. The personal data provided when ordering from us is treated confidentially and is never disclosed to third parties without the customer's consent. You always have the right to access your registered data, and if you choose to have your data removed from us, we will arrange it.

CONSUMER LAW AND CHOICE OF LAW
As a private individual, you as a consumer are protected by the Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act. The laws in their entirety can be found on the Swedish Consumer Agency's website. www.konsumentverket.se. For corporate customers, the Sale of Goods Act applies.
